The second half of Chapter 19 will be featured in this month’s issue of Comic Blade.
There’s a bit of blood in this one for the first time in a while, and I was a little worried it might get flagged, so I’m relieved it passed the edit without any issues. However, the page count is on the shorter side again this time.
Currently, I’m spending my time revising Chapters 16 through 18 for Volume 4. The workload has snowballed to the point where a single month’s hiatus wasn’t enough to fix the backlog. Realizing I could never permanently improve my art quality at this rate, I consulted with my new editor.
We decided to prioritize making the magazine versions of Chapter 19 (from the middle part onwards) good enough to go straight into the volume without further revisions. I’m happy to say I’ve reached that goal. Once Volume 4 is safely out, I won’t have to spend so much time on volume-specific corrections anymore, and I can finally focus on increasing the page count again.
